This includes certain prescription-only medicines under Patient Group Directions, tailored to address seven common health conditions that many patients encounter. These conditions include:

• sore throat,
• earache,
• infected insect bites,
• impetigo,
• shingles,
• uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women.
